So Thanksgiving is over and my 5th child will be 13 in a few weeks and then Christmas. Then I will have a break and then it will be Valentine Day, then my son-in-laws birthday, then St. Patty's day, then the day after will be my youngest son's 1oth birthday, Easter in April, first week of May will be my daughter's wedding then Mother's Day, then my youngest daughters 23rd birthday, then it will be my 28th anniversary, Father's Day, my grandson's first birthday. We will jump into 4th of July. August is a busy month it will start with my oldest son's 18th birthday, mine and my daughter's birthday, she will be 26 and I will be my 45th birthday on the 24th, then on the 28th our newest son-in-law birthday, then in September it will be my oldest daughter's birthday she will be 27. We have a break until November and then we start all over, my husband will be 49, Thanksgiving and back to where I am right now. Not adding parents and Mother-in-laws birthday, first day of Fall special dinner, all the other things we do, the special days at church we have. this is pretty much how my year is planned out for me. We will also throw in a few vacations during the year and many other things. See I had to write all this because these are not recipes I have a recipe for. The Chulpa is just something I have in my head and the Blondies were just som
ething I made up so I had write something. :o) Hope you enjoy the pictures.
I went looking for my recipe for Chulpa to see if I had posted it and noticed I added photos but not the recipe so here it is.
OK, you will have to play around and add your own amounts I do not measure but I will take a guess.
1 lb pinto beans (soaked over night and rinsed clean)
3 pound pork butt
8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
