I entered a contest for a lifetime membership for
Rouxbe online cooking school. My 14 year old son wants to be a chef when he grows up so I thought this would be perfect for him and a blast for me.
Here is my gift I got in.
So we are getting ready to make chocolate chip cookies from the video, we learned about melting butter and letting come to room
temperature and if we let it set up a little then the cookies will be thicker.
