- 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass homestyle vegetable dip and soup mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped

1/2 pound bacon, cooked and chopped up.
Thaw spinach. Rinse, drain and squeeze out excess liquid. Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill 3 hours, serve.

I've never had it with the bacon. I'm going to try it during the holidays.
